"At first, we were not given the room we had requested which was the luxury one bedroom suite with a balcony, but I went back to the front desk and (MJ), if I have his name correct, very kindly switched us to the room we wanted. The Kimberly was everything I read in the reviews. Though a bit dated, it was very clean, everyday. The staff, everyone are so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!"

"I just spent an extended weekend at the NOMO in SOHO, New York City, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location was perfect—close to everything I had planned, and I’ve honestly never felt safer in the city. Over-night stay at New Yorker

"This is an older hotel building, and the bathroom does require renovation. The tub/wall have been repainted with an epoxy paint and the coating has failed and is flaking. Also, being an older tub, it is deep, and tall step-over, should come out and shower installed. Kudos to hotel with holding luggage at set cost of $5-total. Across street & 1 block from Penn Station -will stay again."

"Classic hotel. Rooms are typical for the times square which implies smaller than usual but nicely decorated. The highlight was the staff. From the floor housekeepers to the front desk, to the doorman. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and engaged. "
