"The resort is gorgeous. We had a swim up room in the new building. The views are breathtaking. The food was good. We had 2 dinners there. Lunch every day and breakfast. We never had to worry about getting a lounge chair. Most of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you. Especially want to thank everyone at JoJo’s. The bartenders all knew our names. Abiel was fantastic from our welcome to our last night. "

"We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton. Most of the staff were very helpful, some of the staff seemed a little bit bothered by asking questions or recommendations. The food quality, and all the restaurants was excellent. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of Grace Bay. The pool is heated, which is needed this time of year. The beach was beautiful, expensive with lots of chairs and great service. The water is a bit cold this time of year. The activities that the hotel can book for you are incredible. We went on jet skis and did the lady Grace half day boat tour with with a barbecue. Overall, highly recommend this resort."
