"The resort is gorgeous. We had a swim up room in the new building. The views are breathtaking. The food was good. We had 2 dinners there. Lunch every day and breakfast. We never had to worry about getting a lounge chair. Most of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you. Especially want to thank everyone at JoJo’s. The bartenders all knew our names. Abiel was fantastic from our welcome to our last night. "

"Ariel and his lovely wife Jane were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay at the property - and always available to answer any questions. The Inn was conveniently located - just a three minute walk to beautiful Grace Bay beach and a few minute walk to a vibrant downtown area full of shops and restaurants. "The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"Beautiful hotel! Definitely my hotel of choice in Grand Turk. I’ve been taking staycations here recently and it’s always a good time. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency during my stay and ended up at the hospital. "We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton. Most of the staff were very helpful, some of the staff seemed a little bit bothered by asking questions or recommendations. The food quality, and all the restaurants was excellent. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of Grace Bay. The pool is heated, which is needed this time of year. The beach was beautiful, expensive with lots of chairs and great service. The water is a bit cold this time of year. The activities that the hotel can book for you are incredible. We went on jet skis and did the lady Grace half day boat tour with with a barbecue. Overall, highly recommend this resort."
