"I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with shopping stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s within easy walking distance to popular tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, even helping to prepare takeaway breakfasts for our day tours. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, but I would suggest offering a few ready-to-eat hot dishes to reduce wait times for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend...

"Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. Choice of food is very limited and not really suitable for vegetarians. The tray, plates and cutlery were not collected after we finished...

"The hotel setting is lovely. The rooms are sparsely decorated and the ac is not good enough to properly cool. Very few food choices in the room and at the restaurant. The gym in the morning was dirty and unkempt. The gym facility was all-together underwhelming. The massage was sub-par. But it was tranquil and relaxing. "
