This was a horrible experience staying two nights at Zaleep Hotel. Their hot water always ran out in the morning and their response to that was that they simply can’t help. No safe box on the room and actually they don’t provide any toothbrush, toothpaste or any other toiletries. I would not recommend staying here if you are trying to explore Madrid as the center of Madrid is extremely far away and no means of access to public transport either. You have to use an Uber. Overall I give this hotel a 1 out of 5. Wish I could have given it 0.

Cant adjust temperature in the room. Was freezing. Door to bathroom would not open from inside. If you by yourself and closed door good luck getting out. Restaurant menus is very limited. Breakfast is very basic. No hot options. Everything is cold.

Im a USA traveler and it was my first time traveling abroad—and the staff here helped me with everything. I was so scared my first few days but having them there was such a great comfort. Not to mention the beautiful rooms!

Careful when booking the standard room has an additional small bed and room small to start with - no wake up call service off for an airport hotel - have to pay extra for things like a coffee in reception all in all avoid in future
