We were upgraded to a Junior Suite in the Executive Tower, where we enjoyed daily breakfast, afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres in the exclusive La Cime lounge. We look forward to returning to Lotte Hotel Seoul again in May!"

"I chose this hotel because of it's Hello Kitty rooms. The entire 4th floor was decorated with Sanrio themes and the room we stayed in was amazing! There are 3 different HK theme rooms. We were assigned the 'Ladies room'. Service was impeccable and all the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming! We would definitely come again. Thank you!"
