The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. "We enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The family room was small and the beds are on the firmer side. It was uncomfortable for us and we woke up stiff every morning. There are some restaurants in the village but you need a car if you want to explore the surrounding area. "Location and view were great. Deluxe room was a bit disappointing. It needed some tlc and a thorough clean. Headboard, lamp, top of fridge were covered in dust, kitchen island, bottom of shower door needed cleaning as well as blinds especially ones near hot tub.
