"It was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful landscape. It has a lot of amenities, gym, pool, walkways. We should have requested a handicap room as the shower/tub was too high and toilet too low."

"Fantastic place to stay in the University area, several theaters nearby for concert/shows, and Forrest Park is nearby. Downtowm is 10 min drive. Hotel ambiance is great, staff is friendly, valet available & has own lot for easy parking behind hotel. The rooftop bar is great to check out & food is good. Lots of thimgs to do nearby like bowling, mini golf, and local shops/boutiques. Iconic place - celebrities were there during my stay. "

"Our stay was very good and we were happy with everything. Check in was timely as well as check out. Breakfast buffet was great and we enjoyed it. Do think we should be offered fresh towels for the second day of our stay. Trash needed to be emptied. "

"One of the best hotel experiences in a while. Every single staff member we encountered was excellent from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurants to the bar (especially Jake and his sister). The location was great with just a short walk to Busch Stadium and right next to the Arch which we enjoyed the view from our room. Loved the scent in the lobby!!! The one thing I didn’t care for was the sheets, and the pillows could be upgraded a bit. While this hotel is older and the rooms are a bit “worn” the service we received from staff made up for it. Great job Hyatt! We’ll definitely stay here again."
