We like the location and the suite option when traveling with family, however both stays we’ve had to request bedding for hide-a-bed, room was never made up for us on a four night stay, had continually hunt down clean towels & amenities such a soap, toilet paper, coffee pods, etc.

Our stay was pretty good. Only bad thing was there were teenage girls running up and down our hallway until late. We had to be up and early for our drive home back to Colorado. So we didn’t sleep very well at all.

Check in was quick and the location was great for the activities we had planned. However, the rooms were severely outdated. The king size bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was really old and had stains on the mattress. The shower had a crack in the wall that was just plastered over. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what it was. Overall, the place needs a serious update, but if that’s not very important to you and you just want somewhere close to campus, then it will do.

Beautiful place, oerfect walking distance to JQH Arena. My only complaints would be that there was no mini fridge in the room, the on-site restaurant Terrace Grille was never open while we were there, not in the evening or at breakfast. Also, no continental breakfast??? I thought about all hotels served continental breakfast these days! Super unexpected and disappointing! Was it because we stayed midweek on a Wednesday??? I feel like we were cheated.. i will give some props for the lady who was working the coffee shop that morning! She was swamped with guests (who were probably expecting a continental breakfast) and she kept her cool and was quick and professional and resoectful. Super professional and admirable withhow she handled the stress of the crowd all by herself and not letting it show, just kept plugging along cool as a cucumber! Give that girl a raise!!!

Rooms were nice and spacious. Lobby is beautiful!Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing that we weren’t really impressed with was our mattress on the bed. It was very springy, and a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was nice.
