"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. The pool area is fantastic. A great range of included on-site activities - we had a great time at Sujith's mocktail masterclass, and the female guide who led the stargazing and geology walk (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so good. "The property is ok. Breakfast buffet and service were excellent. Food and drinks are very expensive at restaurants and sport bar. There is no Jordanian food at the hotel restaurants. "

"Overall property was meticulous. Surprisingly, the room (suite 505) while clean and looked after appeared to contain millwork and finishes that were extremely dated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of replacement. I am referring particularly to the closets, shelves, and built in furnishings. The room needed an upgrade!"
