"On Business travel, clean room with good breakfast service. Efficient and polite checking in/out. Very nice Courtyard light dinning and drinks area. Just beside Em Sharif Lebanese restaurant. Starbucks across the street. Disappointed not having an Nepresso coffee machine in the room. TV channels, no business channel (Bloomberg/CNBC)."

"We stayed at the Swissotel and had a very enjoyable time. The room was clean and spacious with a large king bed. The best part of the hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The only negative is the room had the shower in the bath and you need to be very careful using to ensure you don’t fall. Maybe challenging for someone with mobility issues. "

"1. Toiler smell like sewage 2. No electricity at night and no water pressure and no ac or heating ventilation 3. No breakfast buffet, as I personally like the buffet experience in any hotel, they don’t provide a buffet option but basic breakfast is served through room service. 4. Dirty carpets and bad hygiene 5. No complementary beverages in the room such as water or tea or coffee…"
