"This has been a lovely, value-for-money stay at a very convenient location in the heart of Playa del Carmen. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and having them at the gated entrance 24 hour round was a great tick in the piece of mind box. Yes, the bar at the street corner could be loud some nights, but only occasionally, and a pair of earplugs (available from the reception) does the trick."

"Cute little hotel in a central location. There's a market across the street in the square on Fri/Sat/Sun. They start setting up around 4 and run til 10, a bit noisy but didn't bother me much. The wifi didn't work on our side, which was a bit annoying but other guests said it worked great for them. There's lots of pools which was really nice for relaxing. Included breakfast was good, there's a few options. The bed was hard/uncomfortable, which was less than ideal, probably the biggest negative...

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Staff were all the same as the year before. Hotel is well-maintained. Breakfast, which is included, is lovely and fresh, and served to order. Rooftop pool is fabulous to have, with a great view. And it is easy to get wherever you want to get."

"I’ve been here multiple times and it’s never disappointed me. Food is always great. Pools are fantastic. Beach is the best in area. Staff are always helpful. They cater to children. The children’s section is fantastic. Rooms are large and clean. Upgraded TV would be nice but I heard a rumour upgraded are coming in near future. I’ve been here 4 times and will certainly be back again. "

"I have stayed here at least 8-10 times. The hotel is much more comfortable now that the renovation has been done. The convenience of walking across the bridge to Terminal 1 for an early flight can't be beat. They also offer a shuttle van to Terminal 2 which is much easier than taking the monorail AeroTren. (I do miss the Italian restaurant that was on site, but closed before 2020. It was excellent.)"

Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

"The staff was very nice and accomodating. The other guests were very respectable in this environment. The bartenders were great. The food was average. I didn't like the upselling and Sales Presentation. You do have the option to skip the Sales Presentation but you have to let them know you are not interested. "

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive

"The property was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The standout staff that i want to acknowledge who went SO far above are: Carla Rodriguez and David Miranda from the concierge service; Rodrigo at the bar areas, and Osvaldo who served us while at the cabanas. They made the stay a 5 and are unbelievably friendly and accomodating. I will DEFINITELY be back again and again. "
