The resort has otherwise been incredible but an uncouth first impression by employee Samuel, made me wish I had booked a different resort. So I hope the management will address this issue because if they don't, their reputation will be tarnished all because of one employee. "

"The property (houses on Easter Side) has big issue with the three-phase power input. Finally, we spent our night without electricity (two basic lamps were provided instead for the room and bathroom). The electric generator was not reliable - lights were blinking all the time. I didn`t want to charge my electric equipment when the generator was used (didn`t want risk damaging items). The breakfast was rather basic. The rest of the experience was OK. It was the only only one property we visited...

"The property is quite nice with some level of privacy which is really amazing, great value for money!The location is very convenient,15 min drive from Malindi Airport ( depending on the roads condition ). We had some low points though ,like blackouts -very disappointing as food in the refrigerator got spoiled on two occasions!, edge reception upon checkin , irritating beach boys, and NO PRIVATE BEACH! also the air conditioning system wasnt working most times.
