"Loud guests in the hallway until late hours (a hockey team was staying there). Some channels you would expect to have on the tv were not available (Hallmark, Nickelodeon) and we were forced to stream these on our phones. Water spots on the ceiling from an apparent leak."

"I don’t know if the elevators have ever been vacuumed. I paid for breakfast through Expedia and was told I had to pay $14.99 per person. I said I already paid and was told I had to call Expedia which I did. They then called and explained I had already paid for it. I was given a voucher for one meal so my sister used it while I watched her eat. "
