Our room was cold 1/3 of the pools working and the hot tubs was not hot. Breakfast was cereal an granola bars on sticky tables but staff are very polite an our room was clean

There was a constant smell of weed in the hallway that was unbearable and made the rooms stink as well. Kids were running up and down the halls and trying to start fights

Came for my daughter's birthday party. We asked about needing wrist bands for the waterpark. We were told only kids need them, adults swimming with kids (littles who can't swim on their own) don't need a wristband. We were then yelled at by some lifeguard that everyone must have wristbands. So we spend much more money, and then the pool was frigid. So much so, that kiddos only spent 20 minutes in the water- after spending all that money. Won't plan anything else here

It was an alright place to stay. Front desk staff was absent a lot and had to ring a bell for service. The restaurant was not open until like 3:00 so we had to go find food for lunch. Pool was versatile and adequate for young children. Room was good and clean. Would stay again.

Check in was at 4, due to the number of people waiting it was after 5 before we were checked in. Our room had no internet, the tv was stuck on LMN and the remote wouldn’t work, one bed had no blankets, neither bed had bedskirts and looked as though they were broken.
