"Great hotel in nearly all respects, but with one serious problem: the breakfast buffet is managed in a very inefficient manner. There is plenty of staff idling around but a single worker takes your room number and makes everyone wait in a long line. There is no reason why all the other wait staff couldn't seat people and just ask for their room number upon seating them. "Clean and good service. Nearest MTR is Hong Hum station. Swimming pool has a nice view and gym has good equipment. "

"Great property. Still feels new as only opened in December 2023. Rooms are a decent size for Kowloon. Great location near TST and TST East MTR station. Bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Price point was significantly better than comparable luxury hotels. Only downside is no pool but we did know that and it wasn’t an issue for us. We will be back."

"Nice hotel lobby, friendly front desk and concierge. Spectacular view from La Vie 188 bar on level 41. The room has a good view of HK harbour. Only down side is that carpet is worn out and dusty and time to replace with laminate floor. Room furniture also due for replacement. "

"This is a very pretty boutique hotel with an eclectic design in the hotel rooms. The staff are pleasant but not overly helpful. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping and transportation. The hotel is within walking distance of many tourist sites and attractions. "
