Throughout my stay, the service was professional and excellent. I had a very late flight on my departure day, they allowed me to use the grant club until the end, which was very kind. "

"Very good experience, room was clean and especially the cleaning lady, Ying, was the best. She cleaned our room very detail, and she treated as like her family. Another cleaning lady was good as well, but I didn’t have chance to get her name. Front desk was very polite as well. Overall, I like this hotel very much. Highly recommended. "

"Great location and nice hotel staff! We had a queen bed room, but our room was smaller than expected though it was clean and had all what we needed! So if someone wants a larger room, better make sure one knows the square feet! "

"I always love the Langham - great rooms, excellent service. Only thing i would suggest (which very few hotels provide) is that they have a loan hair straightener. It's something many females want. The only main downside is that the rooms aren't very light, and even the ones that get more light have the windows partly obscured by large (beautiful) curtains. I'd love to have blinds that can be lowered, and curtains that don't obscure the light. "
