"The staff is courteous, friendly respectful and professional. The property is at very convenient location. The main problem was that the front door steps do not have a railing to hold onto going up and down; therefore, some people, especially seniors, have difficulty in navigating the front steps."

"Traveled with my wife and sister and it was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the room we where in was clean and I love that there was fruit waiting for us and drinks were complimentary . We met a lot of nice people there. Our stay was very accommodating. The pool area was very nice and cozy. I love that the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room were complimentary. Upon arrival we were greeted by Gifty who was amazing our entire stay. Tabitha checked on us our entire stay. Richard took us where we needed to go. Emelia who was kind. Had a great conversation with Eddie. Bernard and Michael who served my wife while she was at lounging by the pool. Abel who was very informative. I will definitely come back again. "

"We are so happy with our week long stay at the Number One Oxford Street Hotel. It begin with the staff going above and beyond to extend a welcome to us as we traveled from the US for our first trip to Ghana. From the beautifully decorated hotel, to the super nice and helpful staff, to the spacious and grandiose rooms this hotel was more than expected. We were also in a great location and the surrounding area was safe and walkable. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing as well. The pool area looked great but we did not have a chance to visit. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We would definitely stay here again."
