"The views "

"Overall good experience. The propert is in a primetime location, close to virtually everything. Ellinore was great! She always had a smile and greeted us so warmly. Only issue was there was a fire alarm, and the alarm in our room did not go off... Other than that, it was great!"

"Property is tucked away, they probably should add some better signage. Security you go thru does direct you well though and love that they are checking people. It’s a gorgeous area with walking trails and cute little village to go walk, shop and eat at that you MUST go to! Def go to the Marina as well. We just loved the room, walkable areas, wonderful staff and stay overall. Ohhh and did I mention the free laundry rooms, arcade and theatre on site?! The list goes on and on. STAY here especially...

"Negatives: Property is going through a MAJOR renovation. Elevators are shared by guests & construction workers / materials. Parking is located across the street due to construction, but they still charge for parking! Positives: The staff was wonderful! The restaurant food was outstanding. Great views & overall nice property with a great location. Renovated room was very nice. "

"The hot tub needs upgrading. One small one for such a huge hotel and not in the greatest shape. Very expensive. Nice place to experience once "

"Overall it was a very nice property. My only complaint was the condition/cleanliness of the room's balcony. The room itself was very nice, but the balcony, that we paid extra for, was filthy. It was filled with leaves, trash and dirt that washed out of the planters. The door frame, siding and furniture were covered in soot. Twenty minutes of cleaning up the balcony would have made all the difference! "
