"A good location with a beautiful view of the bay and a great pool. Rooms are a bit old and if you're on the ground level they are dark and not as nice as the rooms on the second floor. Recommend requesting a room on the second floor if you're staying. "

"The historic charm of the building paired with the beautiful scenery and the adorable walkable town was so enjoyable. We also found the spa amenities to be very pleasing."

"The hotel was a convenient place to stay for our trip exploring Miami. We enjoyed walking into Brickell as well as having a slightly more picturesque and calmer place to return to. The hotel is very nice, but is showing it's age. One of the faucets on our bathtub didn't work, rendering the tub unusable, and the bathroom had a flickering light. One high note was the lovely and kind valets who remembered us and our kids each time we came back!"

"Service and staff were a 10/10. Rooms were mediocre, especially for the price. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small/slippery shower with no exhaust or ac. Terrible water pressure in the shower. The ocean was so rocky that it was unusable our entire stay even though it was a major factor in choosing this location. We feel it was not advertised accurately. Overall, it was good not great. "

"The hotel itself is very nice, but the room was just ok. For the amount of money paid per night, the room was pretty bare, nothing special about it at all. The only thing that made the hotel worth the price, in my opinion, is the fast passes that were included for the parks. Overall, it was clean, ok enough, and I would stay again, but only for the fast passes. "
