"My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had partial views of the falls. We did the dining at the restaurants and they were good. The buffet could’ve been a little more hot. We did the rooftop firework experience with a bottle of sparkling wine and a charcuterie board. Overall it was a beautiful experience. Everything is close by. "

"Close to the downtown and casino. Tried to use the business centre due to the fact that I have a 9:00 p.m. zoom conference call. Business centre not available which was surprising. The room was very dark so had to consolidate the lights unplugged from one area to the desk area. Also when checking out could not use one of the 12 luggage carts that the bell desk said could only be used. Not overly friendly to the consumer. The room ok but dated. "
