"We absolutely loved staying here and we will be back!! Everyone was so happy and friendly. We felt so safe and had no issues whatsoever. The only thing we wish would change would be the soundproofing for the rooms because the sound travelled well from the music and parties on the rooftop, which made it harder to sleep. -3 adults and 1 toddler"

"It is our first time at the hotel, we made the reservation through hotels.com, we really loved it, they have activities every day during the day and night. L I have some things to emphasize. The food at the buffet should be more hot, it seemed a little cold to me. it would be a good idea for the guests to be given an activity of what the gym will be doing every day. We went to the Michael Jackson show, the sunset beach party and the pool party, all three of them were spectacular. The resort has three a la carte restaurants but we couldn't try them every time we tried to make a reservation as they were full. Some tips: Always check the board by one of the pool to be aware of what activities are going out every day. "Great, quiet all-inclusive north of all the PV action. The property is newly renovated and very nice. The food options are varied and delicious and the Elite Club package was totally worth it. Only draw back is the open air theatre that plays very loud music until 10:30pm. If you have interior room (even an ocean front suite), do not expect to go to bed early. Our favorite thing was the service! Countless kind and helpful employees! Some of the best service we’ve had in years. "
