"This hotel is an amazing place with a world class Botanical Garden attached and beautiful thermal baths throughout, guests have 24 hour access to both. They have an indoor pool steam and dry sauna. The staff is very well trained and for the most part local. Everything for the client! The restaurant is 4 star and the breakfast extensive and delicious. We came to have lunch 6 months ago and vowed to come stay the next time we flew to Portugal. Well worth the trip and it will not be our last. "

"It was a nice property but a little far from the City Gates, you had to walk past a large construction site and it was a narrow walkway. The breakfast was good however, it never varied - everything was the same each and every day. I felt like the servers only were gracious when they received a tip."

"We stayed here for 10 nights. Not having one big bed instead of 2 twin beds was not at all convenient for us. There was a very small bar fridge with limited space, no coffee maker, no microwave which we missed for the length of our stay. We got charged extra for water in the fridge but we’re not informed about this. Cleaning staff were amazing! Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Great support with tour packages.
