"This home and location is a true gem on the beaches of Potrero - the upstairs with 4 lovely rooms each with a private bath was perfect for the adults in our group. The lower level was just the right set up for the 6 younger people in our group (ages 17-22). The pool was awesome for when we needed some shade or time away from the ocean. "The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The location was perfect- it is far, yet close enough, to the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. The neighborhood was quiet and homey. Plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance, so many days we didn’t even leave! We absolutely loved the pool. It was so refreshing and we spent HOURS in it a day. We loved just walking around the neighborhood petting dogs, cats, feeding horses, catching fireflies and talking to locals. We were so sad to leave...
