"Shana is definitely better than the other hotel we stayed at. The playa biseanz is a wonderful beach with iguana’s and crab’s and clear water. We got a Royal jungle view with private pool - I would say the room and the bathroom were amazing but the private is outside and not connected to your room. We had to call front desk every time to turn the pool on and the lights didn't work which becomes dark to swim after sunset. The breakfast was amazing and all the facilities were provided. Overall I would say Shana is a top-class hotel and it is worth the price to stay."

"Every bit of our stay was amazing! Our room was plenty big for the four of us, beds were comfy, and AC worked perfectly. The property was so beautiful and so much to see and do. The pools, the slides and the breakfast were definitely the highlight. My kids didn’t want to do anything else but play on the slides. We were only there 3 nights and wished we were there longer! We’ll definitely be back. "

"The place is super well kept. The staff is amazing always friendly. Food was perfect. The rooms did have a distinct sewer type smell I did change rooms and the second room was not as bad but still was there it comes from the toilet I’m sure. The roads to get there are awful get ready for that drive. Everything is far rent a car. "

"They had a restaurant that served dinner and it was much better than i expected. One odd thing - the rod in tbe closet was set very low. My slacks puddled on the floor and I'm quite short"
