This hotel does not compare to the Vegas or New York locations. I booked with Expedia and was charged state sales tax and occupancy tax twice. Either Expedia or the hotel double dipped."

"All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amenities were great, coffee maker was brought to room on request, and extra pods provided when requested. Hotel has a free shuttle to the beach, where they provide a chair and towel. Hotel is also in a great location, near stops for the free trolley, and within walking distance to many attractions. "I paid for a suite as a wedding gift for some family in lieu of not being able to attend the actual wedding and I asked the staff for some sort of special decoration for the “honeymoon” suite and they happily decorated the bed with rose petals for me which I am very grateful for. Great attention and service, the staff went above and beyond!"

"Front desk check-in was excellent, as was bar and food area. Love the many clean areas to lounge in. Pick-up from Airport was rocky and had to call twice with over an hour’s wait. Driver wasn’t even friendly with delayed pick-up. Front desk staff was excellent and friendly. Lots here to like with clean facility and great location. "

"Boutique hotel with kitchen studios/rooms and nice rooftop sundeck and pool right on Ocean drive and 5th Street across from Lummus Park. There is some car noise from Ocean drive but if you get an inner room, then it's fine. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. Walkable to everything. Hotel provides beach chairs and towels. "
