"Location is key when you travel to New York, and if it is your first time being there. Tempo by Hilton did not disappoint as it was just literally a minute away from Time Square. The hotel was clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy from the hotel as there are several subways closeby. Restaurants and shopping areas just a few minutes away from the hotel. Highly recommended! "

"The property transports you to a time when NY was the epitome of high society. Wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. Friendly accommodating staff. Perfect for a few nights stay when catching an opera at Lincoln Center. Bathrooms in standard room are a bit on the small side and valet takes 30-40 minutes to retrieve vehicle so plan accordingly."

"Great quiet location but in walking distance to everywhere. Subway and restaurants/shops close by. Nice local feel. Comfortable big room for 5. Staff lovely. Only negatives, not enough hangers for five people and shame it doesn’t have a proper restaurant or bar. But we didn’t miss that as much as we thought we would! Would recommend and would stay again. "

"Would stay again, hotel was clean, beds comfortable, great location. Felt safe, easy access to subway. Two complaints- room got very hot at night, unable to adjust thermostat, but we cracked the window, let it cool off and closed it back bc the street noise is a lot (New York never sleeps) - only 2 working elevators for 20 floors, often had to wait for elevator"
