"We booked this property because we were traveling from the US with children and it had a pool. I was surprised there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, which was a bit difficult to navigate the winding staircase with our large luggage. The amenities were not exactly as described- there was no shampoo or conditioner, just a single pump that we were told could be used for hand soap, body soap, and shampoo. "Good location and a nice property. Three weird things: one the toilet was out of the room and upstairs, two the shower was directly in the room which is very weird and uncomfortable and three there were no staff on site at all which was odd. Otherwise good facilities and a comfy bed."
