"The property is beautifully remodeled, with a well appointed kitchen. (We brought coffee beans and were pleased to find a grinder.) The beds are new and very comfortable. Sound readily passes between the main house and basement unit. However, all was quiet as expected after 9:00pm. A wonderful retreat for visiting Toronto or Niagara Falls. "The house was plenty roomy and we all enjoyed our own room and bathroom! The listing said only 2 bathrooms but actually there were 3.5! I'd recommend having more towels in the bathrooms. There were no hand towels or washclothes and only 2 bath towels per bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. "This is a lovely little cottage for a family getaway in Port Dover. The place was clean and well stocked, and perfect for our family of four. Teens had to share a smaller room which was fine for the shorter duration (4 nights) but might have been challenging for a longer stay. The place is close to the main area of Port Dover, easily walkable if that is the preference. Instructions from the owners were very clear and owners also sought feedback on any improvements.
