BED BUGS! There are bed bugs here. AVOID! My son was bit by bed bugs and now we had to throw out his and my clothes. Hopefully they are not going to spread to our house now that we're home! AHHHHHH so annoying!

I like the staff (John) very accommodating. He patiently repeatedly explained all my questions especially the parking. He even showed me where to go. He immediately responded when I requested face tissue. My husband liked the parking area. It’s safe and easy to maneuver the spots and the signs were clear to where the exit, elevator. The room was nice, clean and no odor at all. Bed is comfortable to slept in.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was mediocre. Shower was luke warm, although sink tap was hot. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Location is inconvenient, though. I wasn't sure where to park "legally" in order to check in. I parked at the random indented bay by the hotel entrance hoping it wasn't a bus stop (no signage). Also, had to go back around for the underground parking because of all the one-ways.

Wonderful one night stay. Arrived very early but they had a room ready. Room has fridge/mw and a big TV. Window opens for fresh air, climate controls easy to use, bed was a bit too soft for me but still comfortable. Everything was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was the standard with attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself was fine, met expectations. Very glad for the locked underground parking because the neighborhood did not feel safe. The parking should be free for that reason.

The hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed the pool which was very clean and warm.The breakfast was also very good. The neighbour hood around the hotel is not great but we were not out walking around so it didn't matter.

The property is great however the fact that it’s right on the corner of one way streets, doesn’t make the parking convenient. There’s a section to pull in and stop in front of the hotel. However, it’s after the entrance to the parking garage. So if you stop there to check in, you’ll have to go around the block again to access the entrance of the parking. Otherwise- building is great !
