"Had our studio room ready and clean. Called and asked for extra towels and blankets for pull out bed. Within a few minutes we had everything delivered. We went to the pool and jacuzzi at night, everything was heated and clean. We took advantage of the morning breakfast which was very good and they had many options. The service was above and beyond as it was being cleaned and stocked up as we ate. Went to the pool again, it was well kept, pool towels were available day and night. Overall service, room, food and amenities were great. Close within 5 minutes to LEGOLAND, Costco, Starbucks, restaurants. Would definitely recommend for families and adults. "

"We were able to check in early at no extra cost. Very nice rooms. My son slept on the pull out couch bed and felt it was comfortable. Absolutely love that they provided plenty of towels including a black washcloth for make-up removal. Well stocked kitchen basics included soap and sponge and dish towels. Highly recommend. Within walking distance to Legoland through back gate entry is a plus! "

"The rooms are all newly renovated and the customer service was excellent. The location is Very close to LEGOLAND, there is also a park and library nearby that my child enjoyed. Great value and we will be back! "

"The hotel was beautiful, and everyone we spoke with on staff was helpful and nice. Our experience was with housekeeping and the front desk. The property was quiet, yet conveniently located with a lovely view. Having a private entrance to Legoland was a neat plus. The fitness facility was adequate. They had a large fire pit that was pleasant in the evening and created spontaneous opportunity to interact with other guests. Everything was well-lit. The pool was large and pretty, although I’m not convinced it’s really heated to 82. The jacuzzi was very pleasant and large enough for several people. They had many lounge chairs and towels. The areas that could be improved are: 1) We didn’t have any issues with the elevator, but it sounds like it’s about to break. 2) The layout is confusing at first. When you get off the elevator at level 4, 4000s are to your right and 2000s are to your left. When you go inside toward the 2000s, you see another elevator that’s labeled as being level 3. 3) It appears that water was not taken into consideration when planning the hotel. It rained the day we arrived, but water was still pooled on our balcony days later. The faucet in the bathroom is so close to the basin that we regularly had to wipe water off the counter. The beautiful fountain in the courtyard isn’t big enough to account for splashing, so it’s wet all around it and has a caution sign next to it. "
