"This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and it has always been very nice and welcoming. The beds were phenomally comfortable. My wife and I would love for our bed at home to be as comfortable! The breakfast buffet was delicious, as usual. The staff were all gracious and welcoming. Even though they were remodeling 3 floors, the noise was very minor during the day. The temps in Elgin got down to -1 F but we were toasty warm in our room. We will definitely there again on our next trip to Elgin / West Dundee."

"Great experience! The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and smelled clean as well. No stains on towels or bedding. Excellent hot water and pressure with all showers. We did not eat breakfast there only because we were visiting family due to a loss. We didn’t have time to check out the pool unfortunately. The only thing we noticed that could be improved was the bed. It wasn’t terrible but one a bit more comfortable would’ve made our stay darn near perfect! "
