"Great location if you are focused on Brooklyn and surrounding area. Convenient to restaurants and subway stations and local shops. The hotel has a vibe to it. Our disappointment was with the room. The TV went blank every ten to 15 minutes and took several minutes to turn back on. While we asked for service, it was never fixed so we had 3 days with the inconvenience. We set our room to be cleaned but when we returned after being out all day the room hadn’t be cleaned and no fresh towels...

"Overall good, lighting was definitely an issue - manual lamps awful & auto panel seemed to have mind of its own. Housekeeper completely rearranged our stuff which was awkward. Check in was challenging - we were told only about 10 mins & we waited in lobby. Then after 45 mins of not being called, went back up to desk to find our room was ready. Frustrating after long day of flights. Hotel staff was nice & location was great. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a drink as the place seemed close...
