"Lovely hotel , easy and welcome check in , room was lovely and cosy looking . Little activity packs on the bed for the children . Which was a lovely touch . Things that could have been better - toilet seat was broken , the plug for the bath was broken (however this was replaced straight away when my husband went down to say) the hair dryer wasn’t great and made a screeching noise when used on high setting … but was quite late on after being at Lapland Uk , so didn’t want to go down and report...

"We wanted a location close to the town centre and you can't get much closer than this. We were also fortunate to get free parking in one of the few spaces just outside the main entrance although I believe there is convenient and reasonably priced parking nearby. Whilst not very modern, the hotel was in good repair, clean and tidy throughout and the staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful and a genuine pleasure ... made us feel welcome. We didn't ask for or expect much and perhaps with a bit...
