"I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind...

"We found a place very clean and quiet away from the busy strip! It was a good walking distance during the day no problem, but we had to take an Uber to reach our nightly destinations. There’s a cute little convenience store inside the second tower that stays open pretty late should you need some snacks or water. If you’re looking for a party hotel that is not the place, but being four girls in our 20s we were able to party and Uber our way back very easily. I would highly recommend."

Initially I was concerned about the location because the condos were gated with security who were in tactical gear and clothing and some condos had bars on their windows but we never felt unsafe once. Also, the bathroom light turned off the morning we left so we open all shades to bring light in and use the bathroom.
