"My room was much bigger than it seemed in the picture and was very well designed. It appeared to have been refurbished, but to a high standard. There was minimal noise bleed from other guests as it was a corner room. Bed was comfortabke with well laundered linen and there were loads of nice towels. Staff were always friendly and helpful with great smiles. It was very good value for money. However the bistro and breakfast,which I didnt try were from a Starbucks francise, limited to fixed items and expensive. The hotel is in a very good spot to visit the Gateway Arch. Apart from that, the area was rather dead with an an abandoned feel. There were very few people and little traffic which was disconcerting. I was approached for money each time I went out. Many of the surrounding buildings were derelict. "
