"Staff and service was great and helpful with any questions i had. It was an awesome surprise to find out that this place is more than just a hotel. Loved the artwork throughout the first two floors. Such a great experience. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned, up to date, with good fluffy towels. Overall great hotel in the heart of downtown within walking distance from restaurants. Only drawback was parking. $40 per day valet parking. Valet was efficient. "

Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the bathroom fixtures; not all of them were working perfectly, which was a slight inconvenience. Despite these minor points, the positives of my stay outweighed the negatives. It's a good hotel, but addressing the dated furniture and ensuring all bathroom fixtures are in perfect working order would elevate the guest experience even further. I would still consider staying here again due to the overall quality of the experience. "
