Great details like night stands on both bed sides and in-stand power were appreciated. After a day filled with walking the town, we enjoyed holiday movies and popcorn in the living area. "Very small cute place. It was clean and adequate for what we needed. The owner left handy items and also food which was very nice like popcorn, milk and butter. We had little dogs so the fenced in back yard was great. It was very cold outside but we stayed nice and warm which was great."

"The property manager was very quick to respond. instructions on check in and check out were easy. Place was as listed and clean. We had a party of 6 and the blow up mattress worked out well. Was in town for a comedy show and it was a short walk to all downtown Indy plans we made. Would definitely stay here again! "

No water pressure in either bathroom sinks...literally a trickle, water heater too small for multiple morning showers...started getting cold toward end of 2nd quick shower. Could have used one more chair in living room, 4 adults with one small chair and a small sofa was pretty cramped. Overall very functional and a great location."
