"The two ladies at the desk were very helpful. I had booked a double room for the night. Whilst checking in one of the ladies noticed I had a visual impairment so changed my room to a ground floor which was extremely helpful. She also completed a PEEP. This should be done in each hotel however it is rare. The room was beautiful and the bed amazing. Great service. Thank you ladies "

"Our third stay in the last 6 months and it's as good as ever. Wonderful staff who are so welcoming to our pup. Great breakfast as usual and able to take it in the drawing room so we can have the dog with us. Wife made more use of the health suite and pool this time and found it excellent. First class and we will be back the next time we are staying in the area"

"Cannot fault my stay here. Very nice check in friendly staff, nice bar area, excellent gym and pool/sauna. Just a very nice feel to the place. My only gripe would be having to pay for parking although only £3 if you booked direct through the hotel there was no charge. Seems unfair. And also very limited 0% alcohol selection in the bar. I will definitely be staying here again though. "
