"I really liked this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Tbilisi and I rate this one. It was last minute booking for business I paid only 100 gel for the room (this was last minute and off-season) for the price it was great for a short stay, the wi-fi was good, and the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the location is in the tourist part of town and the reception area looks great. "It is new property in the heart of the city with walking distance to most sites for tourist. Room was average size with quite small bathroom and shower. Had amazing terrace with view, commodities like safe, table, tea etc. "

"We stayed in the room next to the elevator on the top floor. The room was small and in strange shape. There was no shower room at all. There was just a shower head on the wall next to the toilet. After a shower, water was all over the floor of the small restroom. We got a discount when booking, but without any warning about no closed shower space."

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. "Great place to stay within close proximity to downtown/old town Tbilisi. Suite was very neat, would recommend to upgrade your rooms to the luxury suite if you can. "What I like most in this hotel are the staff, specifically Armen and Irakly. They are very accommodating and easy to approach. They help you all through out the stay. They will assist you whenever you need assistance. I booked for included breakfast, the variation of food is not so much but they will make sure that you will be satisfied of their service and food. I appreciate our Baba George who pick us up from Airport and serve as our tour guide. One phone call away and soon he will be on time...

"First we got a strange room without window, but we asked to replace it and we got some other room with window. The view from room was not so good, but it was better to get room with window. "This hotel has a very nice and cute design. The cleaning team was efficient and did a good job, but the reception staff, except for one person named Lukas, were not helpful. Lukas was the only one who provided excellent customer service and went out of his way to assist us. For the first three days, there was a lot of noise in our room early in the morning, which sounded like a renovation. I brought this issue to the hotel’s attention, and after those three days, it was fine. The room design was really cute and clean. However, if they added a microwave, it would be even better. As for the amenities, there was nothing available except the restaurant. Even the gym was closed due to renovation. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of an elevator. When we arrived with heavy luggage, we had to carry everything ourselves as no one offered to help. On our check-out day, the hotel manager mentioned that I should have called the reception to request assistance with the luggage. However, when I did call, the receptionist, a lady, bluntly said she couldn’t help and that I had to figure it out myself. This was very disappointing. Another piece of advice: do not use the hotel’s shuttle service as it is overpriced. They charged us ₾100 for a one-way trip from the airport, which is not worth it. Even the airport taxi was cheaper. On our last day, I used a taxi app and only paid ₾25 to get to the airport. This is my most honest review of the hotel."

"Great place for the expat in transit or digital nomads looking for a place to rest for a month or two. Has pretty much everything you need to live and close to the transit areas. Many people all over the world to make new acquaintances or friendships. "

"This property is in the "suburbs". If you are a person coming in from North America, the location may seem as if it is in the hood. But it is reasonably safe. The bus number 337 which costs about 3 GEL has a stop on a road parallel that to the hotel. I would strongly suggest completely ignoring the village idiots at the airport (Taxi touts) and walk right to the green bus stationed outside the terminal building. Hotel has lots of clean towels. They include soap. Not sure where the water comes from. May not be treated or minimally treated and therefore has a slight sewer smell, but that seems to be the normal smell of tap water here in the city. Breakfast is excellent, coffee is instant (bring your own coffee press if need be) Room comes with a kettle 2 bags of instant coffee and two tea bags. Staff speak english and therefore a plus when it comes to communication. "
