"Very beautiful hotel, staff was friendly, but wished they explained the amenities around the hotel. I had to figure it out myself by looking at other people’s reviews. Beverages at the mini bar fridge are not cold, wish it was colder, the drinks were lukewarm. "Convenient location. Just look for central exit from JR station and u can see the Osaka tower. Hotel is just few blocks next to Osaka tower. Opposite the hotel is the bus station and we take bus 206 to Gion and few places of interest. More convenient than taking trains. "
