"The hotel sits above the train station and is a remarkable building that seems to stretch into the clouds it is that big. The service was excellent as were the size of the rooms. the hotel is looking a little tired but worked well for our visit being very central to everything obviously great for the trains and buses.. the bus terminal is conveniently outside and perfect for your sightseeing with a flat fee of 230 yen per trip."

"The room was really comfortable with lots of extras, like nook for tea and coffee and a table with chairs to enjoy your tea. The beds were really comfortable and a welcome change from the Japanese style tatami mats we had been sleeping on. The bathroom was also really nice with an excellent shower. The location is right across the street from the subway which was ultra convenient and there is a great breakfast cafe with vegan and gluten free right across the street. "
