"We love staying here when we’re visiting the Universal Studios parks. The rooms are always clean and the resort is within walking distance to everything. The walking path is beautifully maintained and safe. The dining options are basically endless at City Walk, but the resort also has kid friendly dining inside the hotel as well. The prices are almost always reasonable to stay here. The kids always have a blast at the pools and bowling alley! "

"Typical Disney: it's clean, everything works, everyone is friendly. Do note that this is not part of the Disney enterprise so getting park passes and everything takes a little longer, but not overly burdensome."
