"Property is well maintained. Beds are not queen size but are full, my husband and are a bit big so that was a disappointment for us, and they are firm mattresses. The property is really close to Yal Ku Lagoon, maybe 15 minutes walking. There are 2 close restaurants and one small store nearby. "This was our first time glamping, so we did not know what to expect when we arrived. We were welcomed immediately by Jose, whose personality alone told us we would enjoy our time there. The property is stunning. It has two cenotes, one with a fish spa. We saw a variety of animals during our stay iguanas, spider monkeys, a raccoon, the beautiful pet cat, and some street dogs. "Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."
