"As I mentioned earlier, when I entered the room, it had some kind of strong scent. I had to run the fan from the heater/AC for several hours to dissipate it. I really got a good night sleep because the bed was wonderful and I like the extra long pillows they had. The bathroom was kind of strange because it had a low ceiling and there was not a lot of room. But the shower was very invigorating."

"For the low price I paid I was happy with the hotel and room. Also, the staff were very nice and I am grateful for the event staff in particular. However, it is not a 4-star hotel. Definitely only a 3-star based on ammenities and condition. "

"Absolutely fantastic space!! Happy hour and shared space was delightful! Gorgeous interior. Spotless and cozy. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour. He also allowed a very early check-in. Our master bedroom was a dream. Beautiful furniture and a stunning bathroom! We will definitely book the space every time we visit Richmond. "

"It is difficult to express how disappointed we were with this property. We have been using Vrbo for approximately five years. This year alone we have logged about 90 nights with Vrbo. In all those visits we have NEVER encountered a worse property or a less helpful host. First of all, the apartment is not truly habitable at this time (March) of year. Being below grade, the heat pump struggles to raise the temperature above 69 degrees. The breakfast room (den) is unheated and hence unusable. Which...
