"I would have given the property condition a higher rating if I did not find a cockroach in my room bathroom. Gap under entry door is quite significant. The cockroach may have entered that way. However, I was not prepared for a guest that night so the cockroach had to go. It is now in the Memphis City grey water system. Thank you Memphis for your hospitality and friendly welcome. I would love to return someday. "

"The Moose was everything we expected it to be, and more. My daughter and I stayed for her med school interview and we both loved everything about the stay. Parking is very tight, like they note, its for small cars and you have to back out downhill when you leave. You can park in the back, after a couple of days, I felt very safe parking in the back after dark. "Check in was a breeze, had all the codes we needed to get in the garage and the loft. Has an issue with the wi-fi and the owner came over within 5 minutes and worked until it was fixed. The area was close to Beale St., welcome Center and Graceland. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."
