"The accommodations were great and matched the description. We had four adults in our party, so everyone got their own bedroom and we had plenty of room. The property was conveniently located for our Guys weekend, as we needed to be able to be close to the airport and the city. We did have a little bit of an issue with the shower handle in the upstairs bathroom, but we were still able to get it to work. That was our only issue. "

"I stayed at this property with friends for a weekend. Overall, it was a fine stay! The apartment was nicely furnished, clean overall, and the neighborhood was close to the activities we were in town for. Communication from Romier was great - he was quick and helpful in responding. I would recommend some upgrades. First, the lock is rather finnicky and it took a few tries to get in and lock up. Additionally, the apartment could use new towels and more towels, extra pillows and blankets...

"Such a great space! Beautiful inside and so clean - which is always the most important to me when choosing a place to stay. Easiest check out process I’ve ever had with a Vrbo. Safe neighborhood and building (love that you need a code or key fob to enter), easy parking all around. Just 15-20 minutes away from walking to so much! Hosts are quick to respond to any needs while there. I would 100% stay here again when returning to Philly in the future. Highly recommend visiting the Franklin...

"Great studio very bright natural light the room is all windows, has everything you need, a block from the broad st subway, very easy to get around the city from here on foot, and there is always ample parking for my car, I also liked that it was pet friendly without any extra deposits"

"Everything about our stay was wonderful expect for one very important piece; there was no hot water available. I was able to call a service representative who guided me some troubleshooting yet ultimately was unable to restore hot water to our suite. It was very disappointing but overall, we "fell in love with the place!""
