I love how the management team is very responsive when you need them. There was a problem with my room and it was fixed expeditiously and I love that. It’s so quiet there you wouldn’t think there’s other guests. I love it overall and I recommend anyone visiting Philly to stay there.

My stay at the hotel was great. The surrounding neighborhood is a normal neighborhood. It is safe and reasonably quiet. I didn't feel afraid for my safety once. The street parking nearby was available throughout my stay. The water pressure of the shower was heavenly. The room itself reminded me of the cute, small apartments in Japan. Definitely great for when you are planning on using the room for relaxing, showering, and sleeping after a long day outside. The bed was solid and comfortable. The room has a kitchenette area: complete with a fridge, microwave, and stove, which were very useful.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming studio apartment in North Philly. The space was cozy and welcoming, with a real homey feel that made it easy to relax. I especially appreciated the free public parking nearby, which felt very safe and convenient. It's a great spot if you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!

The cleaners did a good job and the manager was gracious. Albeit not the best neighborhoods, Goodreads is a nice alternative to expensive hotels and motels throughout the city!

I booked the suite for five nights, and it was clean and well-located, with an easy bus route to downtown and nearby convenience stores. Although there’s no reception desk, the owner was friendly and quick to address any concerns or questions I had. I booked a room here to recover from a bilateral inguinal hernia surgery. The owner was responsive and got me a room on the ground floor that resembled a studio apartment. I was comfortable and didn’t need to leave my room for much so I’ll definitely book again.

I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and towels were provided. The outside environment is intimidating if you are not used to it, but I was able to walk around pretty comfortably once used to it. It can be a bit noisy in the daytime, but it was quiet majority of the time. I do recommend staying here if you are a solo traveler just be safe and aware!

The room my mother got was surprisingly good. Aircon was amazing. They got a coin operated washing and drying room. I just wish they have a bill-to-coin changer. Parking is a bit tight but security around the entrance up to the room is very good.
