I love how the management team is very responsive when you need them. There was a problem with my room and it was fixed expeditiously and I love that. It’s so quiet there you wouldn’t think there’s other guests. I love it overall and I recommend anyone visiting Philly to stay there.

My stay at the hotel was great. The surrounding neighborhood is a normal neighborhood. It is safe and reasonably quiet. I didn't feel afraid for my safety once. The street parking nearby was available throughout my stay. The water pressure of the shower was heavenly. The room itself reminded me of the cute, small apartments in Japan. Definitely great for when you are planning on using the room for relaxing, showering, and sleeping after a long day outside. The bed was solid and comfortable. The room has a kitchenette area: complete with a fridge, microwave, and stove, which were very useful.

I booked the suite for five nights, and it was clean and well-located, with an easy bus route to downtown and nearby convenience stores. Although there’s no reception desk, the owner was friendly and quick to address any concerns or questions I had.
