"We loved our stay at the Conwell. We came to Philadelphia to see a show at The Met, and it was an easy walk to the venue. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue was when we woke up, there was no hot water, and we had to leave without a shower. We were not given a reason for the lack of hot water, just that the manager was notified."
