"The hotel is exquisite! We loved the well tended grounds, the variety of dining options and the incredible swimming pool which is one of the largest I’ve ever been in. The fitness center was large and well equipped. We particularly liked that the Biltmore is situated in a gorgeous neighborhood, ideal for walking. We will definitely a return."

"Hotel St. Michel is an old world charmer. Updated yet still maintaining the integrity of an elegant boutique hotel. Interesting feature - the city's oldest manual elevator. The Zucca Restaurant is outstanding dining. There are many more restaurants and plenty of shopping in walking distance. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Will stay here again!"

"When I arrived in this hotel from a taxi, I was told that the this location has been converted to a COVID treatment center for months. This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience."
